ST. LOUIS, MO, March 30, 2015 -- French Gerleman ranks 118th in terms of revenue among privately held companies in St. Louis for 2014, according to the annual list of the Top 150 Privately Held Companies by the St. Louis Business Journal. The rankings were published in its March 27, 2015, edition.
Total 2014 revenue for the 150 companies who made the list topped $112.1 billion, up from $108.1 the previous year according to the St. Louis Business Journal. French Gerleman was one of 104 companies on the list who reported revenue gains posting $131.3 million, a 1.9% increase over 2013. In addition, the company added eight jobs in St. Louis and 14 companywide in 2014 and expects to similar numbers in 2015.
In 2014, we saw some softening in two traditional markets, but we compensated with growth in several emerging segments,” said Michael Stanfill, president of French Gerleman. “Continued growth in traditional markets, significant above-market growth in our newer business units, and expanded services delivery capability will be keys to 2015 success.”
The companies on this year’s list will be honored at a May 7 dinner at the Peabody Opera House.
